Major WWE Star Out Until Early 2026

A former WWE champion is still out of action.

Bianca Belair has been out of action since breaking her finger during her WrestleMania 41 match with Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley.

Although a broken finger is usually something that wrestlers will either work through or deal with relatively quickly, things for Belair have been much more serious.

During an interview with Adrian Hernandez in September, the star thanked fans for their support and said she would be back soon. She also reiterated that her ring finger was still swollen and she was unable to straighten it. This meant she had to wear her wedding ring on her other hand.

However, Belair’s injury nightmare might finally be coming to an end.

According to a new report from Bodyslam, there’s a growing hope that Belair will return to the ring in early 2026. But crucially, this is by no means a fixed timeline. As such, the star could make a comeback even earlier if her recovery allows.

This follows a report from Fightful, which revealed that Belair was backstage for the October 31 episode of SmackDown. Fightful reiterated that Belair’s own toughness initially masked the seriousness of her injury.

“Well…she was in town for Smackdown last week. I’ve mentioned this before, but her finger break was one of the worst that you can get. Specifically the knuckle was affected. People in WWE didn’t think it was going to be that bad, because she reacted to it well backstage, but that’s just because she’s tougher than most.”
