Major WWE Star Forced Out Of WrestleMania
One top WWE star is set to miss out on WrestleMania after their Survivor Series exploits have left them on the sidelines for a long, long time.
At Survivor Series, The OG Bloodline teamed with CM Punk to defeat Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline in WarGames. Solo Sikoa looked to have found the upper hand as he recruited Big Bronson Reed as his fifth man before Paul Heyman returned to WWE with CM Punk to join Roman Reigns’ squad.
During WarGames, Bronson Reed looked to put Roman Reigns out of action by delivering a massive Tsunami from the top of the cage to a prone Reigns who was laid out on a table. However, CM Punk put his issues with the OTC to the side and saved Reigns from disaster as Reed crashed and burned.
Roman Reigns ended up pinning Solo Sikoa for the win but for Sikoa’s squad, it was more than just a loss they’ve been left to deal with.
Bronson Reed Missing WWE WrestleMania
Bronson Reed faces surgery for a suspected broken ankle after his cage dive with WWE forced to change plans for the massive star. And now it seems there won’t be any plans for Reed that involve WrestleMania in 2025.
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that WWE believes Bronson Reed will not be back for WrestleMania 41 while noting it also looks the same is true for one Bloodline member after Tonga Loa suffered a serious injury in WarGames as well:
Bronson Reed’s having foot surgery, he’s gonna be out for months, a long time. […] I asked somebody there and he’s not expected back for WrestleMania. It’s expected to be a long time and Tonga Loa – I had figured 7, 8 months out that’s usually the thing for biceps surgery.
During his two stints in WWE, Bronson Reed is yet to compete at WrestleMania so will be hoping he has a spot on the card in 2026.
