When asked about Triple H’s initial reaction, the 39-year-old MMA star said that the WWE CCO wants to keep the doors open.
He also revealed that he would thrive as a heel, while naming Rey Mysterio as his dream opponent.
Chandler has previously appeared on RAW. During the February 19, 2024, episode, he called out Conor McGregor, saying they had unfinished business.
Chandler and McGregor were scheduled to fight at UFC 303, but the latter pulled out after an injury.
Tom Aspinall Has WWE Aspirations
Endeavor’s acquisition of WWE has made it easier for UFC fighters to make an appearance at one of its shows or fully transition to wrestling.
UFC President Dana White said he was fine with the idea, too.
Amidst the acquisition and cohesiveness between the two promotions, Tom Aspinall discussed his aspirations to join the Stamford-based company.
Aspinall, who represents the heavyweight division in UFC, recalled attending one of the shows, connecting with wrestlers, and immediately liking it.
However, he would transition only after leaving the Las Vegas brand.
