Major Star May Miss WWE Survivor Series Due To Injury
An injury may prevent a big name from missing WWE Survivor Series.
The WWE Survivor Series PLE will take place on Saturday, November 29th, at Petco Park in San Diego. It will feature Men’s and Women’s WarGames matches just like the previous three years.
Even though the event is 19 days away, WWE has yet to announce a single match. That could change on WWE Monday Night Raw on November 10th, because the company likely knows it needs to start advertising matches soon.
Rhea Ripley is a major WWE superstar who likely would have been part of the Women’s WarGames Match, but there is serious doubt about her availability.
During the recent WWE tour of Japan in mid-October, Rhea Ripley suffered a broken nose, which has kept her off television for several weeks. Ripley was taken out in storyline by Asuka and Kairi Sane, and there’s no indication of when she might return.
On a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer mentioned that Rhea Ripley’s injury may cause her to miss Survivor Series.
“Ripley was going to be there. I don’t know if she’s going to make it on time because she broke her nose. So Stephanie Vaquer is probably going to be in there.
Vaquer could be joined by AJ Lee, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair and possibly Nikki Bella to go against Nia Jax, Lash Legend, Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez.”
Stephanie Vaquer is the Women’s World Champion on WWE Raw right now, and has been teaming with Nikki Bella against Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez, so it’s possible that all of them could be involved in the Women’s WarGames match.
Rhea Ripley Has Moved On From Her WWE Past
The current version of Rhea Ripley on WWE television is one of the strongest women ever to step foot into the ring. It’s not just because Ripley is physically strong. It’s because Ripley is extremely confident in herself, and the audience at home sees it, which makes them love her as much as anybody in WWE.
In a recent interview, Ripley was shown a photo of her past and spoke about how much she has grown up.
As you can see, I grew the hell up. The difference is that the smile is fake. This one is real. She was not happy, not confident, and very, very insecure. So, that would be the biggest difference.
I don’t care what people think about me anymore because this Rhea Ripley, she’s dead to the world. She died a long time ago. She’s innocent, and I’m glad that she’s gone.
