Major Championship Match Announced For AEW Dynamite Next Week
AEW Dynamite Winter is Coming is now officially in the history book, and it kicks off a string of special, holiday-themed episodes for the promotion. Tonight’s show featured multiple title matches, and it seems the trend is set to follow next week as well.
The AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship tournament finally came to an end tonight as the promotion crowned its inaugural champions. Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron, together known as Babes of Wrath, defeated the Timeless Love Bombs in the finals to win the belts.
With the women’s tag team championships now behind them, AEW has turned its attention to the men’s tag team division and has scheduled a huge championship match for next week’s Dynamite: Holiday Bash in Manchester, England.
FTR to defend the AEW World Tag Team Championships next week
Ever since they won the titles from Brodido at Full Gear, FTR have been locking horns with Austin Gunn and Juice Robinson of the Bang Bang Gang. They have been at each other’s throats, and things will finally come to a head next week in Manchester.
On tonight’s episode of Dynamite, FTR’s manager, Stokely, called out Austin and Robinson of the Bang Bang Gang and issued them a challenge for next week, where they will face FTR for the Tag Team Championships.

The Bang Bang Gang also consists of Jay White and Colten Gunn, but both of them have been out for months now, after suffering long-term injuries. Austin Gunn and Juice Robinson are the only physically fit members of the group and look to win the titles for their teammates.
