Darts Ace Luke Littler Channels Cody Rhodes In MSG
Darts sensation Luke Littler has rocked Madison Square Garden with a little help from Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
Luke ‘The Nuke’ Littler set the darts world on fire during his incredible run to the 2024 PDC World Darts Championship final in January at the age of just 16. Littler fell at the final hurdle on that occasion but since turning 17 – he was born in 2007 – The Nuke has captured the Bahrain Darts Masters and dominated the field to win the Premier League, one of darts’ top prizes and one that netted him £275,000.
Now Luke Littler is trying to add to his trophy cabinet as he takes part in the US Darts Masters which is being held in Madison Square Garden, New York. In the venue synonymous with WWE, Littler brought a bit of pro wrestling with him as he swapped his ‘Greenlight’ entrance music – that Littler has revealed he uses as it was the theme song for WrestleMania 33 – for Cody Rhodes’ sing-a-long crowd pleaser ‘Kingdom.’

Luke Littler Has Adrenaline In His Soul
The music certainly did the trick for Luke Littler as he defeated Canadian Matt Campbell 6-0 in less than 10 minutes. Littler will face Campbell’s compatriot Jeff Smith in the quarter-finals of the tournament on June 1st. The semi-finals and finals of the US Darts Masters will take place on the same day.
Cody Rhodes will be part of a WWE live event in White Plains, New York on the same day as Littler looks to win big in MSG. The American Nightmare will no doubt be in a foul mood after he was tricked by a WWE star teasing their retirement on SmackDown.
