Update On Ludwig Kaiser’s WWE Status After Sudden Disappearance

Ludwig Kaiser is one of the top talents in WWE today.

However, he has been missing in action since his last appearance on May 5th against Tyler Bate at WWE Main Event.

His last high-profile match came while competing in the Andre the Giant Memorial 2025 Battle Royal on SmackDown in April.

Meanwhile, his Imperium stablemate Gunther is back at the top, reclaiming the World Heavyweight Championship from Jey Uso on the June 9 RAW episode.

Ever since Gunther put Imperium on hold, Kaiser competed as a singles performer, winning favor from the WWE Universe. Hence, his absence has raised concerns about his future.

Kaiser last performed on RAW three months ago, losing to Penta. He has primarily been featured at house shows or the Main Event, competing against wrestlers such as CM Punk and Jey Uso.

Ludwig Kaiser’s Absence Raises Concerns

Despite not featuring on RAW, the A+ Specimen is still part of the roster. The bad news is that Creative has no storyline for him at the moment.

According to a recent report from Wrestlevotes on Sportskeeda Binge, Kaiser is not a part of discussions among writers.

I asked around after last week, didn’t get much. The only thing I can say is he’s on the roster. People say, ‘Of course, he’s on the roster,’ but when they take people off the internal roster, it means they have a legitimate injury and they’re going to be away for a very long time. His name is still on the weekly television roster. So, best I can say is he’s not being used right now. [H/T: Sportskeeda]

Bill Apter, who was also on the podcast, said Kaiser’s appearance on NXT would get him back into the public eye.

As for Kaiser suffering any injury, there are no related reports.
