Long-Time Absent WWE Star Closing On Return

An injured WWE star is expected back very soon.

Kairi Sane has been out of action since early December, and initially, the reason why was something of a mystery.

However, the star revealed she had been dealing with an arm issue before providing more details in the lead-up to WrestleMania. Just before the event, Kairi Sane confirmed she tore a ligament in her thumb while paying tribute to her surgeon.

The update appeared to hint that Sane was close to a return to the ring, and a new report has now confirmed those rumors.

Kairi Sane Closing On WWE Return

According to a new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Sane attended WrestleMania and she’s expected to be back “anytime.” This all but confirms that the star has been medically cleared to resume her career on the main roster.

The update represents some welcome good news for WWE after it was reported that Tama Tonga is currently out injured and may require surgery. There’s been no word on exactly what the injury is or how long the star is expected to be out.

Tonga’s tag team partner, Tonga Loa, is already on the injured list after suffering a torn bicep at Survivor Series.
