Logan Paul Sued By US Olympic Committee

WWE United States Champion Logan Paul is now facing a battle in the courtroom rather than the ring thanks to the US Olympic Committee.

Logan Paul and his business partner KSI are facing a showdown with the US Olympic Committee after they launched a lawsuit against their Prime drink.

The BBC has reported that Prime is being sued for trademark infringement with claims that the drink company has used trademarked Olympic phrases and symbols on a special edition of its hydration drink featuring NBA star and 3-time Olympic gold medallist Kevin Durant.

The lawsuit suggests Prime have used the trademarks “in bad faith” and that no agreement exists between the committee and the drink. It was noted that a cease and desist had been sent to Prime but they had continued using the alleged offending material.

Logan Paul Facing SummerSlam Challenge

This could prove to be a distraction for Logan Paul ahead of a huge match for him at SummerSlam on August 3rd. Logan Paul finally signed on to defend his United States Championship against LA Knight at WWE’s biggest party of the summer after months of bad blood between the two stars.

Paul is currently undefeated at SummerSlam in his WWE career as he picked up a win over The Miz in 2022 and defeated Ricochet one year later.
