Logan Paul Injured At WWE Show

Logan Paul WWE

Logan Paul had a Money in the Bank to remember, despite his tag team match loss.

Paul teamed up with WWE Undisputed Champion John Cena to face the pair of Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso.

The YouTube star grabbed the opportunity with both hands, bringing flair and athleticism, and dominating the fight at every chance he got.

In the latter stages of the bout, he even performed a spot that involved hitting a moonsault on Uso when he was laid out on the commentary table.

The move invited roars from the crowd at the Intuit Dome, although Logan Paul would not be seen in the match thereafter. The match ended soon, with Rhodes getting the pinfall on Cena.

Logan Paul Reveals His Injury at MITB

Logan Paul hosted his IMPAULSIVE podcast recently, wherein he reflected on his Money in the Bank PLE experience.

He also discussed executing one of the most dangerous moves in wrestling, saying he enjoyed performing such moves.

Dude, I’m good besides this hematoma on my shin. Yeah, it’s getting worked up… It’s before the match and I’m telling John Cena, ‘Hey, I’d like to fit this spot.’ He looks at me and he goes, ‘You can’t make that jump,’ and I go, ‘I swear to God I can,’ and dude, John’s the best. But in full sincerity, he goes, ‘You can’t make that jump,’ and I’m like, ‘Okay, buddy!’ And I found out no one — successfully? Not so much (has done the move) — but believed I could make that jump.

Logan Paul then showed his guests on the show the injury, which had a gash and swelling around it, caused by a blood clot.

Paul recalled staying outside the ring, selling his move when he saw R-Truth attack Cena. He claimed that he was not brought in on the returning star.

Dude, I go through this table. I’m cooked. Cusp of death. I’m sitting there just selling but not selling because this sh*t’s real and it all hurts so bad but I hit the move so I’m excited. I’m sitting there like basically knocked out, and Cody (Rhodes) and John (Cena) are in the ring, I’m rooting for my guy John, ‘Get us that win John!’ And dude, out of nowhere comes f*cking R-Truth who I thought was fired. I thought the WWE let him go. Also, here’s the thing, no one told me R-Truth was coming. I didn’t even know. I didn’t even know. So bro, I’m sitting there and he comes back, I’m like, ‘What the f*ck is he doing here!?’ Yes, in the moment (I became a fan) and dude, I’m selling, I’m like, hey, then he hit John and we lost the f*cking match!

Since his return, R-Truth has been rebranded as Ron Killings. On the latest Raw episode, he spoke to the WWE Universe, even chopping off his hair on live television.
