Logan Paul Believes He Can Be “The Face Of WWE”

Logan Paul

You can expect bold claims from those in the wrestling world, but Logan Paul certainly feels he’s destined for the top.

Despite only having a handful of matches inside the squared circle, internet sensation Logan Paul has had an extremely solid run of outings, including competing for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel last year.

Most recently, ‘The Maverick’ picked up a victory over Ricochet at SummerSlam, before flying straight to Dallas, Texas to support his brother Jake in a boxing match against Nate Diaz, whilst still wearing his wrestling attire.

However, it would seem Logan Paul feels he’s destined for greater things, and in a discussion with Stephen A Smith he made it clear he feels he’s here to take over.

I love this question because that’s where my head is at. That’s where my head always goes when I enter any new vertical. I’m not here to take part, I’m here to take over. It’s my DNA, it’s how I’m wired.

I was the last superstar that Vince McMahon signed. After my first match, he came to me backstage, he said, ‘Your future is here.’ I understand the weight of those words coming from him. So to be honest with you, if I wanted to be the face of the WWE and if I wanted to give this industry my all, I could. I know I could. It’s just a decision I have to make. It’s a flip I have to switch.

“I’m Doing 5 PLE’s A Year”

Continuing on, Logan Paul made it clear he has great desires, but it’ll take some time to win fans over when it seems like he could be a part-timer.

I don’t know. It’s also up to the fans. Do they resonate with me? They might think I come in there and don’t like my arrogant and cocky, conceited nature, and might think I’m the outsider forever, even though I’m actually doing five PLEs a year. I got some convincing to do. But I’m there in my head. If I wanted to be WWE Champion, I can do it.
