Liv Morgan Officially Replaced On WWE RAW

Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis made a huge announcement on Monday Night RAW.

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez recaptured the Women’s Tag Team Championship on the first RAW after WrestleMania, a day after losing the title to Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria at WrestleMania 41.

However, Morgan suffered a serious shoulder injury a few weeks ago on RAW, which required surgery, putting her on the shelf for several months.

While Rodriguez had been carrying both belts over the past couple of weeks, Finn Balor took it upon himself to suggest to RAW General Manager Adam Pearce and SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis that Roxanne Perez replace the injured Morgan as Women’s Tag Team Champion.

Although both General Managers agreed, Pearce told Balor that the new champion and Rodriguez would have to prove their worthiness of carrying the title when they defend it in a Fatal 4-Way at Evolution 2 against teams from RAW, SmackDown, and NXT.

The Judgment Day Won New Title On WWE RAW

Roxanne Perez was not the only person to become champion on tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW. The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh also captured gold after defeating The New Day in a World Tag Team Championship match.

The match went back and forth between the two teams, with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods being close to victory on multiple occasions. However, Balor secured the win for his team after delivering a Coup de Grace to Woods.

It would be interesting to see what the future holds for The Judgment Day in the upcoming weeks.
