Law Enforcement Called On Matt Riddle Before Sexual Assault Claims

Matt Riddle

A new update has shed light on Matt Riddle’s claims that he was sexually assaulted at an airport.

Matt Riddle took to Instagram on Sunday claiming that he was sexually assaulted by a police officer at the JFK Airport in New York City before deleting his post which read:

“Nothing like being sexually assaulted by an officer and harassed at the jfk airport, no means no and just because I’m nice doesn’t mean yes!!! A*shole!!! Don’t know they’re Twitter or instagram handles but I took pictures, normally I’m like whatever but today was really weird and uncomfortable and they made a point to make me feel small and useless. Definitely one of the most uncomfortable travel days I’ve ever had thanks NYC you’re so progressive and accepting!”

Internal investigation launched after Matt Riddle’s claims

Now TMZ has reported that law enforcement sources claim Port Authority was called for a disorderly person who was deplaning, they then met him in the airport terminal. That person turned out to be Matt Riddle. They spoke to Riddle and they along with other witnesses claim that the WWE star seemed apologetic and no police report was filed leaving Riddle free to go.

Sources have claimed that the Port Authority has been left surprised by Riddle’s claims but nevertheless, an internal investigation has been launched into what exactly happened.

Matt Riddle was in action on the 4th of September edition of Raw where he teamed with Drew McIntyre in a tornado tag team match where they lost to The Viking Raiders.
