LA Knight Gets Some Revenge On Roman Reigns At WWE Live Event (VIDEO)

One night after Roman Reigns hit LA Knight with a Spear on SmackDown, the Megastar got a bit of payback at a WWE live event.

The rise of LA Knight has taken place over the last few months on the SmackDown brand. Knight has picked up wins over the likes of The Miz along with a big tag team match victory with John Cena over Jey Uso & Solo Sikoa at Fastlane last week.

This past Friday on WWE SmackDown, John Cena started the show with a promo and was interrupted by the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief, who was back on Smackdown after two months away, wasn’t happy about Cena being called the “Greatest Of All Time” because Reigns said he deserved that title. Reigns also threatened to beat up Cena if he came after him. Cena said he wasn’t there to challenge him, but he knew somebody else that wanted to do that.

LA Knight got right in Roman’s face to make it clear he was coming for him. Reigns didn’t seem to believe in Knight as a threat and tried to laugh it off. After Knight took care of Jimmy Uso, Reigns told Solo Sikoa to take care of Knight.

In the main event of Smackdown, LA Knight beat Solo Sikoa with an assist from John Cena. Jimmy Uso tried to interfere, but Cena showed up and dropped Jimmy with an Attitude Adjustment. Solo hit Cena with a Samoan Spike. Knight capitalized with the BFT for the win. Unfortunately for Knight, Reigns was there after the match and Reigns hit Knight with a Spear to end the show.

Roman Reigns doesn’t work a lot of WWE live events these days, but he did wrestle last night at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Reigns faced his former ally Sami Zayn in a match that saw Reigns retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

After the match, The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa & Jimmy Uso attacked Zayn, which led to LA Knight making the save. Knight also hit Reigns with the Blount Force Trauma (BFT) to get some revenge for Reigns hitting him with that Spear on Smackdown.

While it’s not official at this moment, it appears as if WWE is going with Roman Reigns facing LA Knight at WWE Crown Jewel on November 4th.
