Kurt Angle Comments On Ric Flair & Eric Bischoff’s Issues
WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has had his say on the ongoing issues between Ric Flair and former WCW boss, Eric Bischoff.
Ric Flair and Eric Bischoff’s uneasy relationship stretches back to the two men’s time together in WCW. Bischoff perceived that Flair had no-showed an event and launched a lawsuit against The Nature Boy that saw Flair miss five months of television. When Flair returned, their real-life drama was turned into a storyline that played out on Nitro.
Despite the passing of years, and the two men being on friendlier terms, Ric Flair has taken exception to Eric Bischoff in recent weeks, branding him “an arrogant prick.”
Eric Bischoff has since tried to douse the flames of this very public fallout, despite earlier referring to Flair as “a whiny baby.”
Speaking on The Kurt Angle Show, the Olympic gold medallist says it’s time for the two men to move on as life is too short:
“Get over the anger issues of the past. Listen, Ric is a great guy, Eric is a great guy, I know they don’t get along really well but life is too short. You can’t be reminiscing about bad sh*t that occurred in the past, and hold onto that, that’s not good. That’s not good for them or anybody else.”
