Kevin Owens Suspended By WWE

Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens couldn’t help himself from upsetting Grayson Waller and Austin Theory on SmackDown but that has led to his suspension from WWE.

For most of SmackDown in Columbus, Ohio Kevin Owens was at the announce desk as a replacement for Corey Graves who recently welcomed his son into the world with Carmella. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis gave Owens permission to do commentary on the condition that he did not become physically involved with any other stars. But they don’t say Fight Owens Fight for nothing.

During the night Kevin Owens took frequent shots at Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, mocking Waller relentlessly following his loss to LA Knight. Owens also kept showing the clip of him taking out A-Town Down Under with one single punch.

Waller and Theory reacted by dumping a bottle of water over the head of Owens which the former Universal Champion did not take well. Owens attacked both men, dropping Waller with a Stunner.

Kevin Owens Suspended By Nick Aldis For His Attack

Following the show, Kevin Owens was being interviewed about his stint at the commentary desk but was interrupted by Nick Aldis who informed Owens that he was now suspended for his actions.

Kevin Owens joined the SmackDown roster recently as part of the deal that took Jey Uso to Monday Night Raw. With rumours running wild that a former WWE Champion could join The Judgment Day in WarGames, maybe a suspension from the blue brand could allow Owens a brief return to Raw to even up those sides.
