Kevin Nash Explains Why He Isn’t A Fan Of Indy Wrestling

WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash has explained his take on modern independent wrestling and why he says he just isn’t a fan of it.

Speaking on his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash – someone who recently clashed with New Japan star Will Ospreay online – has spoken about why modern independent wrestling isn’t something he enjoys:

“It’s just not my style. I mean I’m sure people are like ‘Oh you can’t f*cking do it, you can’t do a frog splash…’ Or whatever. But it’s just not my style. I don’t like anything that is choreographed. When you’re up on the corner and somebody’s given a guy another f*cking, and you’re f*cking balancing each other and f*cking using each other’s hand here and right? Like f*ck that, at what point don’t you like poke the guy.”

“It’s so easy that you have to be smart. If you’re gonna like do an all-out hockey fight, unless you guys are gonna go then why would you do that? Because two grown men throwing punches at each other somebody’s going to swell up, and if you don’t get that five minutes in, you start with a hockey f*cking fight, and both those guys f*cking eyes aren’t swelling then you know it’s a work right. so why would you start there? So I don’t know, to me, it’s just always been common sense.”
