Kenny Omega Reacts To Shock Dynamite Betrayal
In a heartbreaking turn of events on Dynamite, Kenny Omega had his heart broken and his head split open by a man that has been like family to him over the years, Don Callis.
The history between Callis and Omega goes back decades and Callis was by Omega’s side when he captured the AEW World Championship from Jon Moxley through nefarious means back at the end of 2020.
On Dynamite in Detroit, the heat was turned up on the Omega/Moxley feud once again as they did battle in a steel cage match. As Omega looked set for the win with Moxley hoisted up for a One-Winged Angel, Don Callis shocked everyone as he drove a screwdriver into the head of his friend.
With Kenny Omega prone on the mat, Callis looked set to finish him off but instead kneeled beside him and whispered something into his ear before kissing him on the head and running off.
In a video shared on social media, an emotional Kenny Omega gave his brief thoughts after Callis’ betrayal:

Kenny Omega might have to dig deep into his memory banks given his current predicament and if he feels he can’t trust his friends or family, he might have a lover that he can.
