Jon Moxley Submits In Shocking AEW Blood & Guts Defeat
Jon Moxley is a quitter.
Ever since he defeated Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream in 2024, Jon Moxley held the AEW World Championship hostage until he lost his gold to its liberator, Hangman Adam Page, at All In Texas.
Since then, Moxley has fought to keep his grip on his vision of AEW and on his Death Riders despite the best efforts of Darby Allin to destroy the group once and for all. Allin was screwed out of a coffin match win over Moxley by a returning PAC, but had the last laugh at 2025’s WrestleDream when he made Moxley say “I quit”.
Still, the war was not over, and on the November 12th edition of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley led his Death Riders into Blood & Guts against Darby Allin, Mark Briscoe, Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, and Roderick Strong.

Mark Briscoe’s issues with Kyle Fletcher and The Don Callis Family almost cost his team dearly as he was taken out of action in a backstage attack. Despite that, Briscoe rallied back to join the match and ended up fighting Wheeler Yuta on top of the cage.

In a typically wild and bloody encounter, things finally came to an end when Kyle O’Reilly trapped Jon Moxley in an ankle lock, forcing him to tap out.
