Jon Moxley Takes Out AEW Star In Sick Hammer Attack

Jon Moxley shocked everyone with his sick actions at AEW All Out and now he’s at it again on Dynamite with a different weapon of choice.

Jon Moxley has been a man on a mission since returning to AEW after a short hiatus with the vicious Marina Shafir by his side. Moxley stood side-by-side with his Blackpool Combat Club colleagues and PAC at All Out to protect Bryan Danielson from an impromptu title match against Christian Cage but the feel-good factor did not last.

Claudio Castagnoli dropped Bryan Danielson with an uppercut before Jon Moxley attempted to suffocate the AEW World Champion with a plastic bag. This all happened while PAC held Wheeler Yuta back from coming to Danielson’s aid.

Jon Moxley Shows Dark Side Again

Now on Dynamite in Wilkes-Barre, the Blackpool Combat Club issued an open challenge for the Trios Title at Grand Slam and it didn’t take long for someone to try and answer that call.

Private Party vowed to find a partner to challenge for the gold but they made a crucial error of judgment when they tried to attack the BCC later in the night. The tables quickly turned on Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy and Jon Moxley took no mercy as he dressed down Kassidy before being an AEW original but being in the same spot as he was in the company five years ago. Moxley then smashed Kassidy’s hand with a hammer to punctuate his point.

It remains to be seen if Kassidy will be able to be part of the open challenge for the AEW Trios Title at Grand Slam as a result of the attack.
