Jon Moxley Being Advertised For Forbidden Door
You can add Jon Moxley to the list of names who will likely get a match confirmed soon for when AEW and NJPW collide at Forbidden Door.
The first Forbidden Door event last year provided a unique opportunity for two promotions to come together and do battle, as AEW and NJPW took a unique stance to their partnership. The main event of the show saw Jon Moxley defeat Hiroshi Tanahashi to become Interim AEW World Champion.
This time around, Tanahashi will once again compete for the AEW World Championship as he takes on current title holder MJF. However, to this point Moxley’s status for the event has not been confirmed. He has been in action recently though, having been on the losing side of The Elite vs. The Blackpool Combat Club on last week’s episode of Dynamite.
However, a new post from NJPW on social media has confirmed that Jon Moxley will be part of this year’s Forbidden Door, which a 30-second clip advertising the event.

With one more episode each of Dynamite, Rampage and Collision to go before Forbidden Door, there is plenty of scope to confirm an opponent for Moxley.
