Johnny Knoxville Taunts “Dirty Sami Zayn” In Fresh Rant

Jonny Knoxville WWE

Johnny Knoxville has challenged former rival Sami Zayn to a rematch in a stunning rant.

The star of MTV show ‘Jackass’ made waves in early 2022, declaring his desire to compete in the Royal Rumble match whilst promoting the fourth instalment of the franchises film series entitled ‘Jackass Forever’.

This drew the attention of the villainous Sami Zayn, who embarked on a war of words with the television personality that captured the imagination of fans who went on to vent their fury when Knoxville was eliminated by the former NXT Champion having spent just 96 seconds in the ring during the Royal Rumble.

Knoxville would later gain revenge on Zayn by assisting Ricochet in defeating the Canadian Superstar to lift the WWE Intercontinental Championship on the 5th March 2022 edition of SmackDown.

The pair looked to settle their differences at WrestleMania 38, battling in a crazy encounter that saw Knoxville claim the win after enlisting the help of Jackass co-stars Wee Man and Chris Pontius, as well as a whole host of shenanigans typically seen on the hit TV show to pin his foe.

Johnny Knoxville Seeks To Reignite Sami Zayn Feud

Both men received rave reviews for their work in the entertaining encounter at WrestleMania 38 and most thought that would mark the end of their feud, but recent comments from 53 year-old Knoxville suggest that he is not yet done with the current WWE Intercontinental Champion.

Speaking during an appearance on ‘Howie Mandel Does Stuff‘, the Tennessee native looked to reignite the feud with some hash words for his former opponent:

“You mean smash that low down dirty Sami Zayn in his face again? I would love to. Anytime. Anytime, WWE.

Sami Zayn, I would love to smash your face in again. I know he’s a ‘good guy’ now. Everyone says ‘he’s a good guy.’ I’m like, ‘Oh, please’.

He’s not much of a challenge. I don’t know if you saw WrestleMania, but it wasn’t much of a challenge.”
