John Cena Will Allegedly Suffer Embarrassing Loss To This WWE Star
John Cena could soon suffer another defeat on his WWE farewell tour.
The Franchise Player and Logan Paul lost their tag team match against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso at Money in the Bank after R-Truth’s interference.
Last Friday on SmackDown, R-Truth (Ron Killings) jumped the Undisputed WWE Champion twice before demanding a match against the 17-time world champion, which was made official for this week’s episode of the blue brand by General Manager Nick Aldis.
Speaking on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, WWE analyst Sam Roberts predicted that R-Truth would score a victory over Cena following outside interference.
I could see Ron Killings beating John Cena. In fact, I think Ron Killings is gonna beat John Cena on SmackDown.
I think there’s gonna be interference. I think it’ll probably be from CM Punk, could be Cody Rhodes, probably CM Punk. And I think John Cena will lose to Ron Killings due to CM Punk’s interference. [1:14:18 onwards]
John Cena will defend his title against CM Punk at WWE Night of Champions
John Cena was confronted by CM Punk on the first RAW after Money in the Bank after voicing his frustration over the alleged lack of competition.
The Second City Saint challenged The Franchise Player to a match later that night, but Cena refused. Instead, he accepted to put his title on the line against Punk, but only at Night of Champions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The two legends will now clash on June 28 in what will be Punk’s first-ever appearance in the Arab country.
