It seems that his future plans regarding politics, if any, will continue to remain a mystery for now.
John Cena reflected on his last match against Randy Orton
The Champ and The Viper share one of the most storied rivalries in WWE’s history. The rivalry spanned over two decades, and their careers intertwined with feuds, alliances, and championship matches. Interestingly, both of them debuted in 2002 with Cena on SmackDown and Orton on RAW.
The stalwarts’ first premium live event match was at SummerSlam 2007 where The Leader of Cenation successfully defended the WWE Championship. Following that, they have had several PPV encounters such as Unforgiven 2007, WrestleMania 24, TLC 2013, and others.
Their last premium live event match was at Backlash 2025 where John Cena retained the Undisputed WWE Championship against The Apex Predator. After closing this chapter, The Champ reflected on the past two decades.
