John Cena Praised Fellow “Bad Guy” Backstage At WrestleMania

John Cena was impressed by one particular star at WrestleMania.

At WrestleMania 41, John Cena made history as he captured the World Championship for a record 17th time. However, before he stepped into the ring in the main event, it seems Cena was keeping a keen eye on the action.

Earlier in the night, Logan Paul clashed with AJ Styles and eventually saw off the veteran after Styles refused to embrace his dark side at the urging of Karrion Kross.

It was another high-profile win for Paul, and one that caught Cena’s attention.

John Cena Is A Fan Of Logan Paul

On the most recent episode of his ImPaulsive podcast, Logan Paul looked back on WrestleMania weekend and his match with Styles. The YouTube star revealed that once he got backstage after grabbing the win, he ran into John Cena.

“Later in the day after my match (John Cena) was walking by, before he became the GOAT statistically, he pointed at me and said ‘Now that’s how a bad guy works.’

I was all sweaty, it was right after my match. He looked me in the eye and pointed at me and said ‘Now that’s how a bad guy works.'”

Meanwhile, it’s been announced that John Cena will be back in action at Backlash, where he’ll put the Undisputed WWE Championship on the line against Randy Orton. Cena and Orton have been rivals for much of their careers, having debuted on WWE television within two months of each other.

The match was made after Orton hit Cena with a surprise RKO on the Raw after WrestleMania. On the following episode of SmackDown, the pair came to face again as Orton accused Cena of letting down all of the kids who had ever supported him.

Cena nailed Orton with a cheap shot before taking the fight to his old rival. The WWE Champion tried to use his title belt to knock out Orton, but he struck with an RKO once again.
