John Cena Picks Interesting Choice For His Greatest Of All Time

John Cena has gone out on a limb to name his greatest wrestler of all time.

There are always plenty of conversations about who makes a Mount Rushmore of professional wrestling. This at least gives the chance to narrow it down to four people rather than one individual – and often features names from the past of all the major companies.

However, on this occasion John Cena has gone for a current WWE superstar as the one he feels stands out above the rest.

In a discussion with AP News, the former world title holder made it clear that to him, the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns deserves to be called the greatest of all time.

I don’t know what’s going on with the corporate structure in the WWE or the creative direction of the WWE. But when I’m there as a performer, it’s (WWE champion) Roman Reigns’ show. In my mind, he needs to be in the conversation, and in my mind, he’s the greatest of all time.

As part of the same interview, John Cena discussed the potential sale of WWE, and how much he thinks of Vince McMahon despite all the cases which have been laid against him in recent months.

John Cena recently returned to WWE programming, and is currently embroiled in a rivalry with Austin Theory which will see the pair collide at WrestleMania 39.
