John Cena Explains His Mindset Going Into Final WWE Raw Appearance
John Cena has given some insight into his final Monday Night Raw appearance as an active WWE superstar.
The WWE Intercontinental Champion John Cena has just three more appearances left as an active member of the WWE roster.
There is tonight’s November 17th edition of Raw at Madison Square Garden in New York City, followed by Survivor Series in San Diego on November 29th, and then his final match will be on December 13th during a Saturday Night’s Main Event special in Washington, DC.
During an interview on ESPN First Take, the 17-time WWE World Champion John Cena spoke about how he’s feeling going into his last Raw as a WWE superstar.
“It’s exciting and I want these nights to be exciting. I think, by leveraging the impact, like hey, this isn’t just my thing. Just because I kinda relate it to me living is like us closing a chapter. It is a decade or two decades in WWE we’re closing and we’re starting anew.
So if anything I did, or you watched because of someone else, and I was involved in the program for 20 years, this is a chance to close that chapter in the World’s Most Famous Arena on Netflix live on Raw. So I just want to make these moments special. Like every other night I’m going to give it all I got and we’ll see what happens after.”
John Cena Expected To Wrestle At Final WWE Raw

Over 23 years you’ve allowed me to have 544 matches on #WWERaw. The most in WWE history. My favorite match.. is my next one! Which will be our LAST ONE! Don’t miss our last chance to grace @TheGarden ring as we say farewell to RAW live, Monday night on @netflix at 8pm ET!
