At Saturday Night’s Main Event, John Cena had a brief altercation with Jey Uso. The Last Real Champion painted a scenario for Uso in which Logan Paul would be World Heavyweight Champion when Cena retired with the WWE Championship. According to Cena, Paul and him as champions would ruin wrestling for the fans.
During Uso’s match with Paul at the show, the WWE Champion made his way to the ring to help Paul win the title. However, Cody Rhodes made his return to WWE TV and ruined Cena’s plans by evening the odds for Uso and ensuring that his former tag team partner retained his title. After the match, Rhodes took a mic and challenged John Cena and Logan Paul to a tag team match at Money In The Bank.
