John Cena May Have Been Behind 3 Ex-Champions’ WWE Exit
John Cena’s pipebomb ahead of Night of Champions continues to be a buzzing topic in the industry.
Ahead of the premium live event, CM Punk attempted to take down The Champ on WWE SmackDown, but was instead hit with an Attitude Adjustment through the table.
While The Best in the World lay in agony, the Undisputed WWE Champion dropped a pipebomb to verbally annihilate CM Punk.
John Cena may have revealed some information during the pipebomb
While he accused CM Punk of stepping on other people’s throats to advance his own motives, The Champ namedropped Matt Cardona, Nic Nemeth, and Claudio Castagnoli.
As soon as these names were dropped during the scathing promo, fans wondered why these exact names were mentioned. On an episode of One of a Kind, RVD discussed the same, claiming that it could be because John Cena was behind the WWE exits of these stars.
Maybe those were guys that Cena got fired from WWE.
Following the same promo, it was revealed that John Cena wrote the promo, and the creative team had very little to contribute to the segment.
If the above speculation of Cena being behind the three exits is true, it would be logically sound why The Champ chose these specific names in his promo.
