John Cena will have his final match sometime during mid-December 2025.

The Champ turned heel at WrestleMania 41, which left fans absolutely shocked but it also gave fans the moment they had been waited for it for twenty years.

Following that, the WWE Universe was overjoyed when John Cena secured the record-breaking 17th world championship. It seems that The Champ is giving fans whatever they want!

John Cena has a message for the WWE Universe

The Franchise Player will most be facing Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2025, but if the fans want something else, it needs to be voiced now!

During an interview with Collider’s Steve Weintraub, John Cena spoke about the pivots that WWE has been making to ensure the creative direction moves towards what fans want.

In fact, The Champ urged fans to voice their want as much as possible because that is what will determine the creative path.

WWE can change a story as it happens, live. I think you’re seeing so far, over the farewell tour dates, the 18 of 36 so far, we’ve made a tonne of pivots. A tonne of pivots like right there in the moment. I think as we go close to the end of this thing, what dictates those pivots is the audience.

I think the audience will begin to feel differently because now we are truly coming to the end. So, if you ever had a voice to use, if you ever wanted to say something, I hate to steal my own cliche, but the time is now. I look forward to the road ahead be she the audience is going to dictate the direction we go.

Currently, Cody Rhodes hasn’t yet challenged John Cena for the Undisputed WWE Championship for SummerSlam.
