John Cena will face Brock Lesnar at Wrestlepalooza, but his final opponent is yet to be decided.

After facing The Beast, his next premium live event will probably be Crown Jewel 2025.

The event is scheduled for October 11th, 2025. It will be held at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. This is the first time WWE is not having the event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

John Cena can face AJ Styles at Crown Jewel

Recently, Cena seems to have been issuing open challenges, and superstars have been stepping up to the occasion. In fact, that is how Logan Paul landed a match against The Last Real Champion at Clash in Paris.

On Notsam Wrestling, Sam Roberts claimed that it is time to have Cena face someone like AJ Styles because just having him face younger guys over and over again does not work.

So, after Wrestlepalooza, John Cena issues another open challenge for Crown Jewel, which is answered by The Phenomenal One.

With everything that we’ve seen, I almost go, okay, that’s the moment for him to just go to Crown Jewel and do an open challenge, right? What if you just advertised it that way? John Cena goes to Perth with an open challenge and that way it could be anybody. And we’re all buzzing about who it could be. It could be a Brock Lesnar rematch. It could be this. It could be that. And then we get one of these matches that we’re looking for.

Maybe that’s where you can do the AJ Styles match. Maybe that’s where you can do uh I don’t know. There’s so many. I would probably say, ‘Okay, if you want me to just pick, I’m going to go no match on Raw in Massachusetts. Wrestlepalooza with Brock Lesnar. Crown Jewel Open Challenge answered by AJ Styles’.

So far, it has been claimed that Styles will not be a part of the Farewell Tour. Instead, Cena paid homage to The Phenomenal One by using his signature move in the match against Logan Paul.
