John Cena plays the world’s most powerful man in his new movie.

The 17-time world champion stars in Heads of State alongside Idris Elba, where they play the President of the United States and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, respectively.

While Cena shines in his new role, he says he has no plans to enter politics in real life.

The Undisputed WWE Champion appeared on This Morning for an interview to promote the film.

While at it, he specified he was more than happy to let the American Presidency be a fictional aspiration for him.

I just want to make it clear that… Yes, I am… I am playing the role of the President of the United States.

John Cena is currently on his wrestling career’s retirement tour, and recently defended his title successfully against CM Punk in Saudi Arabia at WWE Night of Champions.

John Cena Receives Special Gift At WWE Night Of Champions

Cena being on his retirement tour also meant that it was his last visit to Saudi Arabia as a wrestler.

To commemorate the occasion, Saudi Arabia’s Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, gave him a special gift.

John Cena received custom custom-engraved sword and a plaque for his contributions.

Cena will defend his title at SummerSlam, slated for August 2 & 3, against the King of the Ring Tournament winner Cody Rhodes.
