John Cena Allegedly Buried 5-Time WWE Champion: “Cena Went Crazy”

Ex-WWE star David Otunga accuses John Cena of burying a former WWE champion.

The longest-tenured member of WWE’s Nexus stable, Otunga, claimed that Cena buried 5-time WWE Champion Husky Harris after the latter accidentally poked his eye during a match.

Cena was furious with Harris after the match, and he allegedly got him sent back to WWE’s then-developmental brand FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling).

For those who don’t know, Husy Harris was none other than the late star Bray Wyatt. David Otunga said on his YouTube podcast:

During this match, Husky Harris allegedly poked John Cena in the eye. Allegedly. Cena went crazy. Crazy in this match. We get to the back, Cena goes crazy. He goes off, says, ‘We’re not ready.’ He got poked in the eye.

Like it was bad… Eventually [Husky Harris] came in the back, and he was mad, and he was like, ‘Man… I just found out. We’re getting sent back to FCW.

WWE Executive David Otunga Defends John Cena

Otunga has also claimed that Cena buried the entire Nexus stable in WWE. There have been other claims that Cena has buried many talents in WWE.

But WWE executive Bruce Pichard asserted that these allegations are false. In fact, he praised Cena for being the superstar who always puts other talents over.

“Never experienced it. Never experienced and I would think that I would have been at least during the time I was there.

I’ve never experienced John ever coming and trying to hold anybody down to the contrary.

I’ve seen John go and go, God, what if we did something with him? What if we did something with her?… coming up with plenty of ideas for other people to try to elevate.”
