John Cena Breaks Silence On WWE Return
WWE icon John Cena has reflected on his emotional appearance on Monday Night Raw as he celebrated his 20th anniversary as a WWE Superstar.
On Raw in Laredo, Texas on Monday night the WWE Universe was treated to the return of John Cena as he celebrated the 20th anniversary of his WWE debut. On the 27th of June 2002 episode of SmackDown, Cena made his first appearance on WWE television as he answered Kurt Angle’s open challenge and introduced the Olympic gold medallist to the world of ruthless aggression.
Cena was given a raucous reception by the fans in attendance as he discussed his future in wrestling. Following that appearance, John Cena took to social media to give his thoughts on the whole experience:

Many stars of the wrestling world sent in video tributes to Cena during the show. Among them were current AEW stars and former Cena rivals Bryan Danielson, Paul Wight, and Chris Jericho.
