Joe Hendry’s Next WWE Match Made As Concert Crashed

Joe Hendry

Joe Hendry is set to be in action in a WWE ring once again as the TNA star’s concert was crashed on night one of NXT’s Great American Bash.

Despite being an active part of the TNA roster, Joe Hendry has become one of the most talked about stars in WWE as he continues to make waves on NXT.

Night one of The Great American Bash saw the Scottish star bring his concert to NXT as he performed with his guitar in the middle of the ring. Hendry sang a familiar song as he joked about Booker T being his biggest fan and claimed Gallus – a group that has taken issue with Hendry’s presence in WWE – were deported from Scotland because of their facial hair.

That brought out Gallus with Joe Coffey telling the audience that there would be no encore and decided that he’d like some so came to collect some from Joe Hendry and the fight was on. With the three-on-one advantage, Gallus overpowered Hendry before Coffey smashed Hendry’s own guitar over his back, leaving him lying in the ring.

Joe Hendry vs. Joe Coffey Made Official

Later in the night, Hendry cut a promo in the NXT parking lot claiming that Gallus was jealous and he vowed to make the group believe in Joe Hendry.

A match was made official on the show with a graphic showing that Joe Hendry will face Joe Coffey on the second night of NXT’s Great American Bash on August 6th.
