Joe Hendry Appears At WWE NXT Live Event

The name of Joe Hendry was mentioned at an NXT live event and he appeared.

Over the last few months, the WWE NXT brand and TNA Wrestling have had talent crossing over. While teams like The Rascalz and TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace have made an impact in NXT, it is Joe Hendry who has become very popular with the WWE NXT fanbase.

During his NXT appearances, Joe Hendry has teamed up with Trick Williams and got the win in a tag team match. Recently, Hendry has had backstage issues with fellow Scotsmen known as the Gallus tag team.

Part of Joe Hendry’s appeal is his catchy theme song. The song begins: “Say his name and he appears…I believe in Joe Hendry.” The song then goes on to encourage clapping and waving hands in the air, which are things that wrestling fans love to do.

On Friday, Joe Hendry tweeted this about a possible appearance.

The city of Davenport, Florida is where NXT held a live event on Friday, July 26th.

At the show, the Gallus trio of Wolfgang, Mark Coffey and Joe Coffey were in the ring preparing for a match. During the promo, Mark Coffey “accidentally” said Hendry’s name, which led to Hendry appearing.

There was a tag team match with Hendry teaming up with Je’Von Evans and Shiloh Hill (he has yet to become a TV regular in NXT) against the Gallus trio. The match ended with the Gallus boys getting the win.

Joe Hendry Concert Taking Place On WWE NXT

On the July 23rd edition of WWE NXT, Joe Hendry was featured in a video package talking about his rise in NXT and all of wrestling. Joe said that he’s been wrestling for 11 years just waiting for his time to shine. Joe mentioned his rise to fame didn’t happen by accident.

It was also announced by Hendry that the world was raising their hands from side to side. Because of that, Joe announced that NXT will experience one of his in-ring concerts on the Great American Bash edition of NXT on July 30th.
