Jimmy Uso Confirms Bloodline Member Still With WWE Despite 30-Month Absence

Jimmy Uso

The Anoa’i family runs deep in WWE’s legacy. The dominant Samoan wrestling dynasty has continuously made a major impact in the Stamford-based promotion for decades.

Current WWE roster members from the Anoa’i lineage include Roman Reigns, the former Undisputed Universal Champion and one of the top faces of the company, alongside Jey and Jimmy Uso, who remain key players in both tag team and singles competition. Also active are Naomi, married into the family, and other notable names like Nia Jax and Solo Sikoa, contributing across various WWE brands.

During an appearance on Stephanie McMahon’s What’s Your Story podcast, Jimmy Uso revealed that Tamina Snuka is still with WWE even though she’s no longer listed on their internal rosters or assigned to a specific brand. The 47-year-old female star is the daughter of WWE legend Jimmy Snuka and long considered part of the extended Anoa’i family through marriage.

I’m lucky enough to say it. Like my brothers are in here. I’m having so much fun. Solo, my younger brother Jacob, is now in here. We got Lance that’s down at NXT signed, Roman, obviously, Jey, Tamina, and Nia. (From 25:26 to 25:44)

Tamina has been absent from WWE television since February 2023, leading many to believe she had quietly left the Triple H-led company. However, Jimmy Uso confirmed she remains under contract but is not currently active in the ring or regularly seen backstage.

Her long absence is attributed to creative direction issues rather than injury, leaving her exact WWE future uncertain but keeping the door open for a possible return.

Jimmy Uso Reveals Roman Reigns Is a Hardcore Gamer

Jimmy Uso also shared a surprising personal tidbit about Roman Reigns, the former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. On the same podcast, he revealed that The Tribal Chief is an avid gamer, with Call of Duty as his favorite pastime.

Roman’s a big one too. He’s a big gamer too, a Call of Duty gamer. [From 1:32:47]
