Jey Uso Wants Family Reunion For WWE Dream Match
Jey Uso has set his sights on two of WWE’s newest stars for a match that would tempt him into a reunion with his estranged brother Jimmy Uso.
WWE recently welcomed the Motor City Machine Guns into the company as Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin won big on their first match on SmackDown. The Machine Guns defeated Los Garza and A Town Down Under in a triple threat bout that puts the WWE newcomers one match away from a shot at The Bloodline’s WWE Tag Team Championship.
And it seems one man very familiar with that title has taken notice.
Jey Uso Open To Family Reunion
Speaking to Metro, Jey Uso noted that he’d love to face the Machine Guns in a dream tag team bout but would want to do it with his brother Jimmy by his side:
I would like to – and if I did go with the Motor City Machine Guns. I would like, I would like for my brother to do [it with me].
I would like to do it with Jimmy because I feel like with Jimmy – Sami [Zayn] is easy too – but I feel like with Jimmy, man, we are the best tag team in the world.
Jey Uso also has his sights set on one tag team that was rumoured to be on their way to WWE but now looks to be staying put in AEW until their deals end:
We’ve done everything. But I feel like if we did have a comeback, man, I would like to run with those guys [Shelley and Sabin], a couple of guys from NXT, maybe the Lucha Bros. But they gotta walk through this door.
The future of the Lucha Bros has been the subject of intense speculation in recent months as their time in AEW looks to be winding down. Penta El Zero Miedo has denied talking to WWE about a deal with Tony Khan’s company looking to add time to Rey Fenix’s deal for time missed due to injury.
