Jey Uso Ends 2 Year Streak On WWE Raw
Jey Uso found a tag team partner on WWE Raw, where he took part in a match that he hadn’t been in for almost two years.
On Raw in Brussels, Jey Uso admitted he hadn’t been himself lately and was looking to get back on the right track against Austin Theory. But before that match even happened, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther confronted him once again but officials stopped things from getting physical.
When Uso got in the ring, he defeated Theory in less than 30 seconds before just about wiping out Theory and Grayson Waller with a dive over the top rope that almost went very wrong as Uso’s feet got caught on the rope on his way over.
Nevertheless, Uso wiped that off and this time was ready for the inevitable attack from Gunther. Jey Uso got the better of the champion, throwing him out of the ring before hoisting the World Heavyweight Championship in the air.
During a break after that segment, an upset Waller and Theory issued a challenge to Jey Uso for a tag team match on next week’s Raw if he can find a partner. And of course, he could find a partner.
Jey Uso Looks To Family On Raw
On Raw in Glasgow, Scotland, Jey Uso was joined by his brother Jimmy Uso as the two former record-breaking WWE Tag Team Champions paired up for their first televised two-on-two match since they defeated Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa at Money In The Bank in 2023.
The Usos picked up the win over A-Town Down Under but one week after Jey Uso botched his dive over the top rope, he suffered another slip in the ring that left him at the mercy of Gunther. Thankfully for the challenger, Jimmy Uso chased the champion off with a steel chair.
