Jey Uso Hints Bloodline Story To Continue In WWE For Years

Jey Uso

According to Jey Uso, The Bloodline could go on for a long time to come.

Ever since Roman Reigns forced Jey Uso to join him following a vicious feud in 2020, The Bloodline storyline has become a key part of WWE TV. The group grew to include Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Sami Zayn in 2022, but Zayn turned on them early in 2023 to protect Kevin Owens. Later that year, the Usos also parted ways with the faction, although Jimmy later rejoined the group.

In 2024, The Bloodline was bolstered by the addition of The Rock, but things quickly fell apart at WrestleMania 40 when Reigns finally lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes. In the aftermath, the Head of the Table disappeared for months, with Sikoa filling the void by proclaiming himself the Tribal Chief and kicking Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman out of the faction. He then remade The Bloodline with the additions of Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa.

Roman Reigns finally returned at SummerSlam, where he assisted Cody Rhodes in retaining the gold against Sikoa. The pair then defeated Sikoa and Fatu at Bad Blood with some help from Jimmy Uso. It was then that The Rock made his own return, setting his sights on Reigns and Rhodes.

With The Bloodline story still in full swing, Muscle Man Malcolm has asked Jey Uso if more members of the Anoaʻi could join the faction. According to the Intercontinental Champion, there are plenty of relatives to keep the family business “rolling.”

“I’m never going to say never, especially in this business. But, our family is deep. Our bloodline is really deep. I’m talking cousins. I’m talking about 10-15-year-olds who are ready right now. We deep. Eyes open. We’re always going to keep this family business rolling for sure.”

Rikishi Would Have Made Big Change To Jey Uso’s Title Win

According to Rikishi, Jey Uso’s big Intercontinental Title win should have happened on pay-per-view. The WWE Hall of Famer is proud of his son for getting his first taste of singles gold, but thinks more could have been added to the match if it had been on ppv rather than TV.
