Jey Uso Could Suffer Huge Betrayal In Title Match Against Logan Paul, Says Ex-WWE Employee

Jey Uso will be defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Logan Paul this weekend.

Jey Uso will have his work cut out for him at this month’s Saturday Night Main Event when he puts his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Logan Paul. Ex-WWE employee Tommy Carlucci has an interesting theory on what fans can expect at the event.

The former Bloodline member broke out into his singles career last year. He made his way up the ranks to call himself “Main Event” Jey Uso. He won the Royal Rumble in February to earn a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. At the PLE, he forced Gunther to submit and won his first major singles championship.

Saturday Night’s Main Event will mark Jey Uso’s second title defence since his win at the Show Of Shows. He will be defending the coveted championship against social media megastar Logan Paul. On The Last Word, former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci shared how he thinks the championship match at SNME will go down and how WWE could try and protect Jey Uso and Logan Paul.

“It really is important to protect these two guys, especially Jey in this instance because he needs to keep the championship. Logan could still go on and be the bada** heel and still carry what he carries and the way he does because who he is. So I want to see how creative they really get becuase they haven’t been creative lately and thats what worries me about that. Is it going be another run in? Maybe its his brother that runs in and turns on his brother, Jey. There’s a storyline that could happen and make Logan go over, but really he he gets disqualified because his brother jumps in the ring and turns on his brother”[15:27 – 15:42]

How Has Jey Uso’s Championship Reign Been So Far?

The YEET Master has had a hectic title run so far. Two weeks ago, he put his title on the line against WWE RAW’s newest faction leader, Seth Rollins. The match ended with no winner as CM Punk and Sami Zayn ran out to even the odds for Jey Uso, ending the match and laying out Rollins and Breakker.

On last week’s episode of the Red Brand, the World Heavyweight Champion met Bron Breakker in a non-title match. The match ended when Seth Rollins attacked Uso, forcing the referee to call for the bell and disqualify Breakker.
