Jeff Jarrett Takes Jab At Triple H Live On AEW Dynamite
Jeff Jarrett caused a stir when he made his AEW debut and now the WWE Hall of Famer has seemingly hit out at Triple H live on Dynamite.
On the 2nd of November edition of Dynamite in Baltimore, Double J announced himself as All Elite by cracking a guitar over the head of Darby Allin and forming an alliance with Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, and the giant Satnam Singh. In addition to his on-screen duties, Jarrett was also confirmed to have an executive role in the company as he was named AEW’s Director of Business Development.
The 9th of November edition of Dynamite emanated live from Boston and once again Jeff Jarrett made his presence felt. Following Jay Lethal’s win over Trent Barreta, Jarrett came out to address the crowd and made reference to the One In A Billion Satnam Singh while seemingly taking a swipe at a giant plying his trade in WWE as well as Triple H:
“This is a legit seven-foot-five giant. This ain’t no make-believe monster who wears red skinny jeans and is produced by the banana nose circus.”
The monster Jarrett is believed to have been referring to is Braun Strowman who has donned his red jeans ever since he returned to WWE earlier in 2022. Many have also concluded that the “banana nose” reference was a dig at Triple H who has been mocked on occasion throughout his career for what Gorilla Monsoon would term his larger-than-average proboscis.
Jeff Jarrett will make his first in-ring appearance in AEW at Full Gear as he teams with Jay Lethal to face the undefeated team of Darby Allin and Sting.
