Jay White Targets Major Star In Shock AEW Return

Jay White AEW

AEW can breathe with the Switchblade once again as Jay White has made his surprise return to the company on Dynamite.

On July 13th, Jay White and The Gunns were stripped of the AEW World Trios Titles due to an injury suffered by the former NJPW star. White hasn’t wrestled since being defeated by Hangman Adam Page in the semi-finals of the Owen Hart Cup after suffering a foot injury.

And it seems the New Zealander has been keeping an eye on what Adam Page has been up to in his absence.

Following Adam Page’s sickening win over Swerve Strickland at All Out, his bad blood with Jeff Jarrett led to them facing off in a lumberjack strap match that saw Page end up brawling with Juice Robinson and hanging him over the top rope with the strap.

On the five-year anniversary edition of Dynamite, Adam Page faced Juice Robinson in a singles match with Page picking up the win. Following the match, Page hung Robinson again but this time, Jay White made his return to save his Bang Bang Gang teammate. White and Page brawled into the crowd before Switchblade speared the former AEW World Champion through a table.

As well as Jay White’s return, the show also saw the debut of a former WWE star in AEW as it seems MVP has not come to conduct business alone.
