Former WWE superstar Jamie Noble announced that he is stepping into the ring one more time in front of his hometown crowd.

Jamie Noble has been associated with WWE for over 20 years. He was part of the WCW roster as a member of the Jung Dragons group, then when WWE bought WCW in 2001, he became a WWE superstar.

Most of Noble’s initial run in WWE took place on Smackdown as part of the cruiserweight division. In 2002, Noble was the Cruiserweight Champion on Smackdown for 146 days. Noble was released by WWE in September 2004.

While Noble was away from WWE, he won the ROH World Championship, which he only held for about one month before going back to WWE. Noble’s second run in WWE lasted about four more years until he retired in 2009.

After his in-ring retirement, Noble started working for WWE as a Producer, whose role it is to help put together matches and other segments. Fans may remember his run as part of “J&J Security” with Joey Mercury when the pair of former wrestlers were often seen with Seth Rollins during his first WWE Title reign in 2015.

On his Instagram account, the 45-year-old Noble announced that he was going to step into the WWE ring one more time in his home state of West Virginia.
