Jamie Hayter & Saraya’s AEW Match Gets New Stipulation

A big matchup between AEW’s Jamie Hayter and Saraya will feature a unique stipulation.

When Jamie Hayter made her spectacular AEW return at All In London in her home country of England, it was her first appearance on television in about 15 months. It was in May 2023 when she lost the AEW Women’s Title to Toni Storm, which led to a lengthy absence for Hayter due to a serious back injury.

At All In, Hayter targeted another former AEW Women’s Champion, Saraya, who has been trying to avoid Hayter ever since then.

On AEW Rampage, Hikaru Shida was in a match with Saray’s buddy Harley Cameron. Saraya tried to interfere in the match, so Hayter made her presence felt by chasing Saraya away and Shida would go on to win the match.

What Kind Of Match Will Jamie Hayter & Saraya Have?

After the match, an angry Saraya did a promo in the ring while Hayter was on the ramp with Shida. Saraya wanted to settle this issue by having a match at AEW Grand Slam next week in New York City.

However, it won’t just be a regular match. Saraya announced that it will be “Saraya Rules Match.” It is assumed that the match will happen as a “Saraya Rules Match” even though she doesn’t have booking power as a character.

Jamie Hayter responded with a smile and told Saraya she would see her in New York City, which is her way of accepting the match.

What isn’t known at this point is if the Saraya-Hayter match will be at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam on September 25th or AEW Collision Grand Slam on September 28th, which will be taped right after Dynamite.
