The Miz Thinks Jake Paul Could Succeed In WWE

The rise of Logan Paul in WWE has been a great story this year and The Miz believes that Logan’s brother Jake Paul could also succeed in WWE if he wants to do it.

Ever since Logan Paul had his first match in WWE at WrestleMania 38 when he teamed up with The Miz to beat The Mysterios, he has impressed people. From there, Logan beat The Miz in a singles match at SummerSlam. Since Logan was so impressive in that match, WWE felt confident enough to put Logan in the Crown Jewel main event against the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion “Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns.

At Crown Jewel, Logan came up short thanks in part to some chaos around ringside that included Logan’s younger brother Jake Paul, who is a successful boxer that recently beat UFC legend Anderson Silva in a boxing match. Since Logan is 27 years old and Jake is only 25 years old, WWE likely sees the potential in both men considering their popularity on YouTube and all the success they have had in boxing.

During the Reigns-Logan match, there was a spot where THe Usos beat up two of Logan’s friends. That led to Jake Paul entering to a big reaction because the fans are aware of him. When Jake went to the ring, he took care of The Usos with some punches. Logan ended up jumping onto The Usos on the floor, which allowed Reigns to recover and follow up with a Superman Punch/Spear combo to win the match.

While speaking to TMZ, The Miz was asked if he thought Jake Paul could succeed in WWE the same way Logan Paul has.

“If he has the heart, the dedication and the mind to step in and do what Logan did to get to where he is, then [the] sky’s the limit. Logan was the fastest person I’ve ever trained that got it. It was incredible. He’s been able to do a lot of great things. For him to come into WWE in a short amount of time to learn what he’s learned is incredible. If Jake can do the same, that’s a pretty good tag team. I think they’re used to that kind of entertainment aspect, but it’s getting the stuff inside the ring down. If he dedicates himself to WWE and what we do, who knows? I could see it. It would be great.“

Recently, Jake provided an update on Logan’s knee injury by saying that the damage to the knee isn’t as bad as originally feared, so perhaps Logan will be able to wrestle again soon.
