Jade Cargill has a target on her back.

At Night of Champions, Jade Cargill grabbed the biggest win of her WWE career as she became the third winner of the Queen of the Ring tournament.

In the finals, Cargill got the better of Asuka after countering a Hip Attack into a Jaded to earn the victory. Cargill overcame Roxanne Perez in the semi-finals after beating Michin, Nia Jax, and Piper Niven in a Fatal-Four-Way qualifying match.

As a result of her victory, Cargill will now challenge the Women’s Championship at SummerSlam. The title is currently held by Tiffany Stratton, who made the most recent defence of the gold against Nia Jax on SmackDown.

Jade Cargill Given Warning

Following her victory over Asuka, Cargill cut a passionate promo that hit out at her critics and looked ahead to SummerSlam.

“When I first entered this tournament, it felt like the world was on my shoulders. But you know what? For the people out there, who are doubting themselves, praise yourself… Don’t let them tell you who you are. You show them.

The grind don’t stop. A storm is coming for SummerSlam.”

Those words caught the attention of Cargill’s former tag team partner, turned long-time rival, Naomi. The current Money In The Bank contract holder responded to the comments from Cargill on social media, writing, “Call me the STORM CHASER.”
