IShowSpeed Training With WWE Icon At Performance Center
IShowSpeed has quickly turned his passion for WWE into a major part of his massive online career.
The YouTube megastar first got huge WWE attention back at WrestleMania 40 in April 2024. Surprise appearances are Speed’s thing, and he showed up dressed as a Prime bottle to help Logan Paul cheat his way to a win over Randy Orton.
Orton delivered his signature RKO to Speed at the PLE, making for a viral and hilarious highlight that fans still talk about. This moment set the foundation for IShowSpeed’s ongoing WWE involvement and got both wrestling fans and influencers buzzing.
In January 2025, IShowSpeed made his Royal Rumble debut, sneaking in as a participant to replace Akira Tozawa at the big annual event. His Rumble foray ended almost as quickly as it began, thanks to a violent spear from Bron Breakker that sent Speed crashing out of the ring.
These moments proved Speed isn’t just a casual fan; he’s willing to get physical and take real bumps, even if it means going viral for getting wrecked. WWE clearly noticed the hype as well as Speed’s growing influence over Gen Z and young wrestling fans.
IShowSpeed Trained With Randy Orton At WWE Performance Center
According to Fightful Select, IShowSpeed has taken things to the next level by heading down to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando to film a new show, Speed Goes Pro. This new YouTube series kicked off on September 30, 2025, with NFL legend Tom Brady starring in the first episode. The show’s premise is all about Speed trying different sports under the guidance of top professionals to see if he has what it takes to go pro.
The big WWE connection comes in the third episode, where Randy Orton can be seen working directly with Speed, training him in the ring and seeing if Speed could legit compete as a WWE wrestler. There’s no official match set yet, but WWE is leaving the door open, and several WWE stars even attended the series premiere. Fans reacted big as the first episode of Speed Goes Pro quickly pulled in over 5.7 million views on YouTube in just a few weeks.
