Injured WWE Star’s Return Could Be Imminent

Triple H WWE

There could be good news in WWE as one star could be set to return from injury imminently.

Survivor Series saw the shock return of Liv Morgan to the company as she screwed John Cena out of the Intercontinental Championship, helping her beloved Dominik Mysterio reclaim the title he previously held.

That was good news for WWE in the sense that it was fewer names now on the company’s injured list, and it looks like another star might not be too far away from making their own comeback.

Jacob Fatu Close To WWE Return

PWInsider has reported that the talk backstage at Survivor Series suggested that Jacob Fatu could be on his way back to the ring very soon. No date was given for a return, but it was noted that sources in WWE suggested he’d be back on the road within the next few weeks.

Fatu was forced to take time out from WWE to undergo dental surgery. The Samoan Werewolf was written off TV as the victim of a mysterious backstage attack. Nobody has claimed responsibility for that assault yet, but WWE Champion Cody Rhodes denied he had any part in it when questioned by SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis.

Jacob Fatu has been a hugely popular addition to the WWE roster, initially debuting with the company as part of Solo Sikoa’s new Bloodline. Fatu split from that group when he turned on Sikoa at Money In The Bank, later losing the WWE US Title to Sikoa as he built his new MFT group.
