Hulk Hogan Wouldn’t Have Passed If He Did One Thing, Says Ex-Friend
Hulk Hogan’s ex-friend got candid about his deteriorating health recently.
Bubba the Love Sponge has been the talk of the town for over a month due to his initial reporting of Hogan’s ill health.
In mid-June, he had reported that the wrestling legend was gravely sick and his family had arrived at his home in Florida to say goodbye.
However, the report was debunked by the Hulkster’s team, with his former associate Eric Bischoff claiming it was merely the aftereffects of a surgery.
Hulk Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, passed away on July 24 after suffering a cardiac arrest, aged 71.
Bubba appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored and discussed his relationship with the icon.
He also mentioned that Hogan’s untimely death could have been prevented.
I’m gonna be very candid. I think that if Hogan had listened to his doctors, we’d probably still have Terry with us today. He had a procedure that is a very major procedure and was told to slow down and, you know, not get out for four to six weeks and 24 to 36 hours after this major surgery, he’s out canvasing across America, doing the beer deal, doing the shoot style wrestling stuff. Bubba The Love Sponge Calls Out Hulk Hogan’s Associates For Lying
During the same interview, Bubba called out Hulk Hogan’s inner circle, including his wife, for lying about his condition.
After his report was initially debunked, Bubba resurfaced with new claims that Hogan had lost his speech due to an advanced stage of illness.
This time, former WWE manager Jimmy Hart rebuked his claim.
Bubba maintained his stance while accusing Hulk Hogan’s team of keeping people in the dark.
I got so much heat and so much hate and so much vitriol for telling the truth when his wife, the Brian Blairs, the Jimmy Harts, and the Eric Bischoffs, all these people flat out lied.
Bubba also expressed his sadness at not getting to say goodbye to the Hulkster.
